WHAT FRAME SIZE IS GOOD FOR ME ?

Not sure what size frame would fit you best? It’s very easy. Just like picking cloths, once you know your size, the possibilities are endless. If you are already wearing eyeglasses and you like the way they fit, simply look on the inside of the left or right temple, aka the arm. You should see numbers printed as indicated in this example we will use : 54-18-140, which should represent the frame size in millimeters. The first number in our example is 54, representing the frame or eye size. The second number in our example is 18, representing the bridge size and the third number in our example is 140, which represents the temple length. If you are happy with your current fit, follow or stay as close to those numbers as possible. If you are unhappy with your current fit, simply use that guideline to choose a larger, or smaller size. Keep in mind, not all frames are made in the same increments and you may have to adjust up or down for manufacturers that only use odd or even numbers. If you don’t currently wear eyeglasses or cannot locate numbers, use a ruler to measure your frame or an alternate frame using millimeters as a guide.
